The staff was super helpful, I had left something in my room and they called me and are mailing it back to me. Shows they have integrity not only their front staff but housekeeping. Goes along way in my book. We will be staying there again.

I got a notice from the state disease control about a sickness passses through the pool, and my child did get very sick after swimming in the pool. Everything else was excellent!

This was probably our 10th stay here. We come back for the consistent comfort, cleanliness, service and great location. The shuttle drivers to Mayo Clinic are incredibly helpful, informative and considerate.

This is a super nice hotel, the best breakfast we have had at a hotel!! Beds were comfortable, pillows good. Nice fire pit area, we did not use the pool or hot tub. Walking or biking trails next to the hotel.

Great property, with free laundry machines available for guests, with a modern and clean environment. Highly recommend for anyone, especially those needing to stay by the Mayo Clinic - St Mary's Campus.

This is a very clean and up to date facility. Beautifully immaculate room! I highly recommend staying here especially if you’re visiting the Mayo Clinic.

I was impressed with the condition of the interior. Everything looked new, hallway and room carpet was cushy and cleanliness was top notch. I loved the decor. The complimentary hot breakfast buffet had a nice variety with healthy options.

The staff at this hotel are amazing, friendly, helpful and cheerful! The room was really clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided had a good variety and was presented well. I would recommend the EconoLodge in Rochester to everyone.

The room was very spacious and clean. They upgraded me to a handicap room at no extra charge. The continental breakfast was the best I’ve ever had with a wide variety and with BACON, bacon and more bacon!! A++++

Property right downtown. Parking was easy to get at least on weekend when we were there with easy access to hotel from right floor of the garage. Some good restaurants within easy walking distance and the hotel restaurant is also very good.

I always stay here when I visit the Mayo Clinic. The underground subway is so convenient, the check in is always so friendly and the rooms are always clean. I haven't eaten the breakfast so I can't speak for that. The double rooms are a little older (but clean :) and the queen rooms have been updated but it is always a pleasure to stay.

Clean and stocked...the rooms were clean and the coffee area was stocked well. The rooms are really small. Not great if you need to spend a lot of time there, but they use the space well. No dressers but they have a wire drawer thing for your clothes. No safe in the rooms, which we are used to. Nice pull out shelf on night stand. Perfect for those that have a CPAP machine. The bathroom was pretty outdated-tub looked tired and lots of limescale on shower head. Zero counter space for doing...

Great location, close to shopping, downtown, and extras!

We came up for my appointment at mayo clinic. The Hilton garden inn was very accommodating. Especially the walk ways connecting you to the hospital.

Very comfortable beds and pillows in our room. Room was bigger then we were expecting. Could have had more then 2 bath towels in a room ment to sleep 4 people.

Liked that we could walk to the Mayo Clinic from the hotel and the restaurant was really good with great staff and not super expensive. It was clean and spacious and had a microwave and fridge and plenty of light sources. First hotel that we’ve stayed at in a very long time that had plenty of towels without us having to ask for more.

I had to stay for 2 weeks. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were way more than I expected. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but I managed. Breakfast was excellent. The shuttles to and from the Mayo buildings to the hotel were excellent. Made me feel at ease during a tough time. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly, parking lot is well lit, bed was comfortable, we loved that we could control the room temperature
