"The first room we were given did not have a working AC unit nor a working landline phone to call the desk. (Walking down to talk to the gal at the desk was easy, I just found it humorous that I couldn’t call her from the room. The second room we were given was awesome! And breakfast was great (pancake machine, omelets, biscuits and gravy, etc) I would stay here again if we are in the area."

"Clean and stocked...the rooms were clean and the coffee area was stocked well. The rooms are really small. Not great if you need to spend a lot of time there, but they use the space well. No dressers but they have a wire drawer thing for your clothes. No safe in the rooms, which we are used to. Nice pull out shelf on night stand. Perfect for those that have a CPAP machine. "This was a very nice place to stay. It felt cozy, warm.... walking distance to a Perkins. Loved it."

"Great experience here. The king bed was uncomfortable though."

"The property was very reasonable in price. It was also very clean and staff very helpful."

"Great place to stay definitely come back."

"Nice location, staff very helpful and friendly, and nice big room"

"Stayed here when my husband was in the hospital after heart surgery. It was very clean and quiet! I was on the 4th floor, the hotel was fully booked but I could have sworn I was the only person on the floor. 10/10 will stay here again."

"We had a great stay at Brentwood. It was clean & comfortable. The room was on the smaller side. Easy parking with many things to do close by. The staff was very nice. I would recommend staying at Brentwood."
