"The property looked ok from the outside but upon arrival we were told we could not stay there because of a plumbing issue. We were provided a different property down the street on a much smaller cottage with fewer amenities. We are still trying to get some of our money refunded but we have been unable to contact their provided phone number after we checked in. Nobody answers their phone."
