"Walks around the property, swims in the pool and river Tâmega, barbecues in the evening, beautiful nearby towns and cities full of history, privacy, beautiful landscape, good highways , many facilities nearby."

"Definitely one of the best places we have stayed. There is a train station to Porto less than three minutes' walk away. In addition to the many restaurants, there is a wonderful water park for children. A great deal of help was provided by our host (Bernardo) with directions as well as being very responsive."

"Friendly attentive staff, top notch bartender and drinks, beautiful breakfast, excellent amenities and Massage. My one concern is the quality of the bed. The springs were felt through the mattress, and I had a very uncomfortable four night sleep with the strings sticking into my back."
