There was a tenant living downstairs (who was very nice to us) but we felt that the yard was hers and did not want to intrude. "My husband and I recently stayed at this property for our anniversary. We had beautiful weather and enjoyed swimming in the pool in the afternoons. The house was very clean, well equipped, and has a gas grill, which was perfect for cooking out in the evenings. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood, great for walks, and located near shopping, golf, and restaurants. Communication with the host was wonderful. I would highly recommend this property."

"This was a great property for families with many other guests w/children, big open area for kids to play in the back and comfortable sleeping arrangements & sufficient space for 2 adults w/4 kids. Only annoyance was our room was not ready by 3 pm check in but rather was ready after 3:30 after being told “5 more minutes” several times. For a place with a 10 am check out I’d assume 3 pm check in wouldn’t be delayed. Everything else was great though."
