"I love an older hotel with charm and this was it! Very friendly proprietor, excellent breakfast. Did not try WIFI. Located near train station and the beautiful Paisley abbey in the student section but still close to the Glasgow airport. No elevator."

All calls for all hotels in the group go through central reservations whom I called and was put on hold for half an hour. But everything other aspect of the hotel and our stay was excellent.
