"Definitely not a 4 star hotel. This is 2.5 stars at the most. The room had a musky smell and was very dark and small. The bathroom was terrible, see photos. Its like a motel bathroom. There was mold in the bathroom (see photos) and tiny shower. The toilet seat lid keep falling on my back while seated on the toilet seat. And no breakfast option since there is no restaurant onsite. The reception staff was also very unfriendly during checkin (Katie) The only positive to his hotel is the location. But not worth it!!"

"Hotel is in a fantastic location just blocks from city hall and Rittenhouse Square. Super clean onsite valet parking with in and out privileges and a coffee bar and Ruth’s Chris located in the lobby of the hotel. It’s definitely going to be my go to for Philly from now on. "

"There was no AC, we had to put it in ourselves. The sheets were disgusting, and the communication with my check-in info was nonexistent. "

"Room was nice but you can tell the building is in need of major upgrades. Elevators were noisy. The tile stairs out front have been cracked and falling apart for over a year and the water pressure was very low. Would be nice if they’re-opened the actual restaurant instead of trying to enjoy a meal in the bar area. "

"We love visiting Philadelphia, mainly for the cheesesteaks! This time we took a trip to the zoo. The property was walking distance to our excursion and close to grocery and pharmacy (and cheesesteaks) for any incidental needs. The neighborhood was safe and clean. Check-in was a breeze. Parking was always available. The building was secure and the amenities were fun to enjoy. The rooftop was a breath of fresh air and a beautiful view of the town. The game room was perfect for some impromptu family fun. The apartment itself was stylish, clean and super comfortable with all the extras you need for a home away from home at the right price. When we’re itching for an authentic cheesesteak road trip to Philly, we’ll be staying here again!"

"Everything was great ! Only thing that threw me off was me inviting family over and having to make them leave due to the host saying I only put 4 guests. But I did mention I was coming from Atlanta to visit family and that I was going to have a dinner. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well. They are not refunding us. "
