"The resort was picturesque. The staff needs some improvements. After waiting over an hour after our check in time, i went back on line to be told that they will give me a room. We i arrived to the room the room was not what I paid for. I paid for an ocean view and was given a view of a big tree. I called the front desk and they apologized and fixed it. I am especially grateful to Kristi at the front desk . She was able to resolve my list of issues in 10 minutes which 4 managers had not been...
