"The most I dislike about this hotel are the deposit policy, and also it’s very inconvenient for you to get back the room. It’s super long hallway. Usually other 5 stars hotel they will return your deposit money right way once I check out the room. But this hotel, it takes while. I have to called in and asked. It’s not make sense at all. Once the guest leave the hotel , they should not hold the deposit money. "

"The staff are awesome! All were very courteous and thoughtful, they helped to push our luggages whenever we bumped into one. Special thanks to Ms Maggie 王淑霞 from room upkeep. I was very busy working in the room so I had no time to make up room. When I left my room, she will take the initiative to come up to me to book a time to change dirty cups and provide new bottles of water. So thoughtful! We had a wonderful stay. "

"A big regret in Hangzhou on this trip was deciding to stay in Hampton by Hilton in Future Technology City. It began at check in when I tried to pay at the reception desk and 2 of my cards bounced and were subsequently locked. This process turned out to take 45 mins, resulted in me have to pay my home phone carrier $20 for use of the phone so the cc companies could send me text verification codes. All this to find out that even though it says otherwise on the Expedia site, the hotel does not accept Master cards. This was brutal . I ended up having to work with Expedia to cancel my reservations and then try to book the property again so I could pay online. Spent another hour doing this. The room itelfs looked well maintained but in the end I got tons of bug bites all over my legs and arms. my legs and arms.sure.nt to "
