"It was absolutely beautiful this hotel is very close to everything staff is like family. Shout out to the maintenance man. My room air wasn’t working properly he immediately changed my room with an upgrade and brought me lunch. The front desk guy Hussin was absolutely amazing as well . Will be staying there 1000 more times. 💕💕💕"

"This Marriott is "standard", which would be fine in that, you get pretty much the exact same middle of the road experience in any of them anywhere. However, the receptionist was so unhelpful and passive to the point of being rude and unpleasant. And, with nothing to do but watch TV, we were disappointed that the Netflix would not work (endless buffering), and again, the "delightful" receptionist had nothing to say but that's the service we offer. Oh yeah, I rate the morning coffee a C-. Having said all that, it was clean and the bedding was fine, so it did the basics I needed it to do. I wasn't there for a vacation, after all."

"Second stay at this lovely property for our daughter's graduation from UHart, the apartment is clean, spacious, and bright (bring an eye mask if you want to sleep in), love the animals (even the morning wake-up call from the beautiful roosters), especially the fresh eggs we bought when we left (delicious for breakfast the first morning after we got home!) Hosts are wonderful, very responsive and happy to chat about the farm. Great hikes nearby - we stayed an extra night this year so we were sure to have time to climb up to Hublein Tower in Talcott Mtn State Park right down the street. Wonderful restaurants in nearby West Hartford, Simsbury, and Bloomfield. Bittersweet that our daughter is done at UHart, would love another excuse to stay again."

"Our three night stay was excellent. The home is comfortable, clean, and has all the amenities couples may need for an extended stay. It is an older home and has updated and renovated. Nicely done. Though we were there in the colder weather I can imagine how nice this would be in the late spring and summer. Very peaceful surroundings yet close to town and restaurants."

"We were put in a lodging that wasn’t the one we rented. We had no hot water and the owner wouldn’t fix so VRBO moved us to a hotel. Terrible. We have asked for a refund but have gotten no response from VRBO. As far as I am concerned this is fraud. "
