When we booked a deluxe room we thought it was a hotel but in actual fact it was a room in a shared apartment wihin a very private residential block. "Great location near near to city centre and marina. Lovely guest house with exceptional tropical courtyard garden. Tasty and fresh breakfasts. At the time of our stay there was quite a lot of building work going on near to the hotel, which to be fair didn't really effect us, but could be an irritation to some."
