"Such a lovely, quirky, homely property. Loved the original features of the property. Host was amazing, she’s thought of everything within the property including games and books for children to enjoy. Communication with the host was fabulous too, she went above and beyond. "The house is in a prime spot in the city centre, but just enough away from the bustle to be quiet. It's well equipped and furnished. The kitchen is in the basement (cool in the summer). The two bathrooms are nicely done and well-functioning. We appreciated the toiletries and milk provided on arrival! There was plenty of space for the 6 of us. Not sure where more than 8 or 9 people would sit in the living room though. We couldn't close one of the old sash windows on the second floor but it...

"We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house for a friends reunion. The house is charming, comfortable, with great communal areas and cosy bedrooms. It’s well placed near a train station, and a great walk. We loved the fireplace and the hot tub which created a great atmosphere and kept us warm in winter."

"Amazing stay at the Gainsborough in Bath. Love the complimentary access to the Thermal Bath Spa at the hotel itself and it’s a really nice spa/bath area. Everything was super close by and in walking distance. Great rooms, great staff and really enjoyed our stay"
