"Amazing stay, fantastic hotel, lovely breakfast and very helpful staff"

"We were given a different room than we booked (same price but smaller), with natural light only coming through the door (this is pretty normal in the area but not great in winter). Shower wasn’t great as the door didn’t close properly and the water didn’t flow well. Service was a bit impersonal with little explanation of the grounds. Staff didn’t seem to particularly care about guests. Overall ok for the price but wouldn’t come back."

"This was such a wonderful stay! The staff are just incredible and helpful with recommendations and making reservations! We celebrated our 10 year old birthday here and they even made a special Nutella cake with candles! Don’t be worried about the highway. You cannot hear anything inside the rooms! We loved it every minute of our stay and highly recommend this beautiful stay!"

"The hotel had a good sized free carpark with gates .and was very near the restaurants and bars in town, so no need to move the car in the evening. The welcome was warm, the room was small but clean. The breakfast had good pastries, but the protein items were always a bit repaid and the juice was squash. We ate dinner one night which was very good."

"Although we had a lovely stay, it seemed like more of a hotel online than it actually was. There's nobody there not are there any amenities so the restaurant and courtyard are really not to use because there's no staff working there. The breakfast is not on-site. We needed to walk a block or so and go into a cafe where we could have coffee or juice and a pastry. I'm not much of a breakfast person so it wasn't a huge deal but it just felt misleading. "Al momento della partenza avrei quasi cambiato i piani pur di restare. La famiglia Narducci ha un innato senso dell’ospitalità mantenendo sempre toni educati. La villa è speciale: immersa in un fantastico uliveto, con una bella ed curatissima piscina. La graziosa camera era molto pulita e dotata di aria condizionata. E al mattino la sontuosa colazione dolce e salata con prodotti locali e dolciumi fatti in casa. Spero sinceramente di tornare! "
