"The lodge and room was in need of complete renovation. Furniture in the lodge needed to be thrown away. Food was passable at best."

"This place was very clean and cozy. After a day of hiking we were looking forward to soaking in the hot tub but it wouldn't turn on, we were too tired to care. The steps upstairs are very narrow so I wouldn't suggest it for an older couple. The road to get to the cabin was extremely rough, but it's no fault of the owners. The only problem with the place is the deck definitely needs work. Boards were sticking up and some were missing screws. It was definitely a nice place!"

"The cabin was just like it said. HOWEVER... the cleanliness was absolutely awful. We are not ones to complain as we visit many places. This particular cabin was bad. I understand cobwebs and dust in a wooded cabin. I also understand its a cabin thar allows pets. So we didnt expect it to be immaculate. What we did expect was clean towels and showers. There were literally medication patches stuck to the shower walls. The towels had stains on them. There was hair stuck to the shower walls we we arrived. Just being honest in hopes it helps. We gave stayed at multiple cabins in the RRG and this was by far the worst experience."

"Cabin was not very clean, had cobwebs, bugs in the sheets, dirty floors, beer cans in fire place. Bare minimum cleaned. Will not be staying there again. "

"There were mice and they did leave their droppings on the counter, there was a large collection of mold in one of the cabinets, if you have a large party the hot water does run out after one shower. On the plus side there were A LOT of coffee filters (no need to bring your own as suggested), and the hot tub was nice."
