"My family enjoyed our stay in Annecy. The property is very comfortable and spacious. The owner provides detailed information and is extremely responsive. We enjoyed the lake, parks, biking and wish we had another day to do more! The property is just a few blocks from lake community beach and downtown. A grocery store and bakery just a block away. There is no onsite parking. We were able to find street parking close by each day."

"Suited our party of 13 adults on a cycling holiday very well. Comfortable and clean with a large garage, great for all the bikes. Good location just a few minutes walk from the lake. Kitchen and one of the bathrooms could do with an update but overall we were very pleased "

We all did a lot of cooking! Easy to walk down into town to the baker (croissants!) or little supermarket. (Or cafes) Hills around there great for walking , and lots of ware activities on the lake. Property was lovely and clean and the owner was on hand for anything we needed or weren’t sure about. Overall we’d gladly go back, my family are already plotting our return!"

"Well maintainted property with everything required for a comfortable self catering holiday. Only suggestion would be to provide some fans as no air conditioning. Joel is a very nice host French speaker only. Little remote so a car is needed, would book again."
