We wanted to go straight to bed but the common room is all bare hardwood and loud with people talking right outside the bedroom door. When they couldn't find the key for the door and acted like it was no big deal to sleep in an unsecured room, we packed up and left. It looks nothing like the photos. We left without a refund to stay somewhere else. I can't believe this is a verified business on hotels dot Com. "
