"I had a great experience at this hotel while dropping my daughter off at San Jose State. Hugo checked me in and was very polite and professional, which made the process smooth and welcoming. "Really lovely hotel, exceeded expectations. Some reviewers say the room and bathroom are small, but i’m more focused on cleanliness and furnishings not being outdated. My kiddo now attends SJSU (walkable) and this location was great. I will happily book here again in the future. Gym was also nice. Complimentary kurig coffee in the main lobby. "
