"I never had a chance to stay because the office closed at 9 pm and NO ONE would answer the phone. In fact, someone picked up the phone and hung up on me. What hotel doesnt have a person on site at all times?!! I spoke with a gentleman at the liquor store and he said he heard of this problem every weekend. If you're going to close at 9 make it in BOLD PRINT."

"Ideal setting for a quick family get-away. We could not have asked for a more conveniently located home base to exlpore near-by beaches and attractions. It was our first trip to Broadkill Beach. We are big fans of the laid back vibe. The house was a cozy gathering spot at the end of the day. We loved the porch!"

"It was our 3rd stay at this wonderful house. We can't wait to come back again! The house is perfect for us! It's clean & well maintained. The owner is very responsive. We love the quiet location. "My husband and I stayed for the weekend at this lovely cottage. We stay at many VRBO properties and this is definitely one of our favorites now. The house was clean, updated and located perfectly in a quiet neighborhood. It was spacious and cozy at the same time. We were able to prepare all of our meals in the fully stocked kitchen. It was truly a relaxing weekend of looking at the ocean and listening to the waves at this beach front home. We can't wait to return!"
