"The building and the room has the old english theme which is very unique. i totally understand if the hotel management want to keep to the theme but some refurbishments are needed as the room look worn out i.e bathroom tiles, the cabinets, carpets. "The location of the hotel is very good. It’s a 20 minute walk to the Muslim quarter and the drum tower. We booked the luxury room and were upgraded to a suite, thank you! Bed was amazing and bathroom had luxurious Lanvin amenities. Staff were very friendly and professional specially the concierge who went above and beyond helping us retrieve something we left behind in the train from Beijing. Exceptional service. "
