"The room was a little janky. The closet door was missing. The shower had missing pieces. Whoever painted the room, specifically the base board, had given up on life and didn't have any more Fs to give, but the room was clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. They let pets stay. We found a chew toy at the bed. I don't really like to think that I'm sleeping in the same bed that a dog slept in after being on the beach and in the sand. What if I'm allergic to dogs or just don't want to share a bed with one. Overall, it's a great location and if you don't mind it being dated and the dogs... it's good for a quick stay at the beach."

"Loved our stay! Location was perfect!! Within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go! Room was spacious and very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Only "suggestion" I have would be to get there at check in time. We arrived at 6pm and only a few spots left in the parking lot (not sure if they have an overflow lot but the lot was very full by 9pm). The breakfast was also very good! Overall 10/10 will definitely be back again!! No complaints here!"

"There was only 1 working electrical outlet in the room and it was in the bathroom. The in room charger for electronics either didn't work or the electrical outlet for it (which was behind the headboard on the bed) also did not work. The view of the ocean and the closeness of the pool were definite bonuses."

"We got off to a rough start with having bugs in our room on the 6th floor. We had already unpacked so we had to pack up again and get moved a floor higher. The following day the front desk manager call me and wanted to move us again this time to a suite on the eight floor I almost said no because the thought of unpacking again was a turn off for me. However she asked my husband what he wanted to do and he said move of course. So we moved to the suite Wednesday Thursday and Friday night. The front desk called a couple of time to make sure we are comfortable. We were extremely happy with the level of service we received. The shuttle service has a very handy. Everyone was so polite and happy. It turned our disaster first day into a completely difference and positive experience. I would go back there within the next few months. I would like to thank all the staff members including bell men, housekeeping, bar staff restaurant and kitchen staff the grounds keepers and the front desk staff and especially the front desk manager."

"Great Ritz property. Easily and immediately one of our new favorites. Great staff. Club level room was a bit small and underpowered, but everything else was really nice. Great beach, golf, island feel, Fernanidna town was super cool too. Highly recommend."

"Our stay here was nothing more than spectacular . Everyone went above and beyond greeting us so kindly. Our room was wonderful with fresh towels each day. The front porch so inviting and relaxing . The food and coffee and tea bar was amazing, especially since it was always available . From the time we checked in Kayla , Eve, Marie , Missy, and the rest of the staff were the absolute very best . We will definitely stay here again . For sure!!! Thank you all so very much❤️🤗"
