Poor structure design de interiores e acabamentos around toda propriedade. Pisos derrapastes, banheiros minúsculos e perigosos. Janela do quarto com mesa de jantar do lado de fora escutando os hóspedes tomando café as 7da manhã,cama de casal com dois colchões de solteiro encostada na parede, box e pias minúsculas e piso perigozsíssimo.ar-condicionado e televisão não funcionavam. Troca de linhos terrível.

Estadia bem tranquila, o casal que é dono da pousada, sao bem comunicativos e te informa tudo sobre a ilha no maior prazer! Restaurante da pousada tem comida muito boa com tempero da regiao. No geral ficamos bem atendidos. Ponto a melhorar- piscina, parecia que nao tinha manutenção, mas isso acredito que aconteca em varias pousadas da regiao.

Atendimento péssimo, a dona da pousada me cobrou pelo não pagamento e exigiu o envio de comprovante de pagamento, sendo que eu já havia pago na plataforma. Voltou à me cobrar tarde da noite e sem sequer ter tentado contato e cobrar o hotéis.com. No outro dia apenas informou que já havia rssolvido o problema, mas se quer pediu desculpas. O wifi do quarto funcionava lentamente. As toalhas estavam com odores. O chuveiro estava sem pressão para o banho. Fomos informados que se resolveria em 10minutos e quando saímos ainda estava com problema. A única coisa boa foi o café da manhã.

Excelente pedida
A Casa do Pirata é excelente. O pessoal do restaurante e do apoio é acolhedor e muito prestativo. Deixo meu especial obrigado a Dona Reni, responsável pelo café da manhã. A localização também é fácil, próximo ao ICmBio e ao Tamar. A cama e a roupa de cama são de boa qualidade e o café da manhã de primeira.

O atendimento e o acolhimento dos funcionários é incrível , todos muito educados, carismáticos , um encanto, gostamos muito de ficar hospedado lá, por que foge um pouco do tumulto da vila dos remédios , porém precisa de algumas melhorias estruturais pelo menos no quarto que fiquei , o 05, mais nada que vá atrapalhar a sua estadia
