"When I booked the hotel I asked if I could be away to rest and relax but was placed by screaming children banging doors and running up the corridor and they were the same in the room next to us"

"Really nice one night break to gt away from it all. Everything was excellent only thing will request next time is a superior double room over the courtyard rather the outside of hotel as we were overlooking staff area and were woken by trolleys at 8am. "We didn’t really like anything about the hotel. The staff are friendly but are all very young. Very tired decor and not maintained particularly well. Spa is awful. No shower in our bathroom which is unheard of in this day and age, especially in a heatwave! No mini fridge to keep drinks cool. Small, stuffy room and advised not to keep windows open as the midges will enter! Very, very overpriced. Felt quite ripped off."

"This was our first time staying at a hotel that wasn't staffed. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The accommodations were very modern. Plenty of hot water. Easy access to both train and bus stations. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. Quiet. We didn't hear street noise. Stairs are steep, as others have noted. "Hotel says parking available. But actually you have to use a pay carpark down the street it’s only a £1 up too 18-00 On sat though. Also windows don’t open. But they had a good fan"
