At Elevated Rentals Fernie, sustainability is part of how we host. We use reusable, refillable bottles for all soaps, shampoos, and conditioners—each filled with locally crafted Soco Soaps products to reduce waste and support Fernie makers. We choose Canadian‑made bamboo toilet paper, a more sustainable alternative to traditional paper products, and our cleaning practices are both thorough and eco‑conscious, designed to minimize environmental impact while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness. Your stay directly supports a greener, more responsible style of hospitality.

Guest Access:
The studio condo and deck/ bbq is all yours. The common areas of the building, the pool, gym, hot tub, steam room and coin laundry are all shared.

The Silver Rock Condos is located in one of Fernie’s most convenient in‑town spots — perfectly positioned between the historic downtown and the world‑class terrain of Fernie Alpine Resort. Guests enjoy the ease of being close to everything while still tucked into a quiet, scenic residential area.
