"Excellent communication from the host, and the house was everything we were hoping for and more. Extremely clean, easy check-in process, and no issues whatsoever during our stay. Tons of little touches that really made a difference, including fresh filtered water in the refrigerator, ample spices & seasoning, plenty of dishware, options for bedding, etc. Everything that you could need is provided. We enjoyed our weekend stay and will definitely look to use this property for future visits. Thanks!"

"The room wasn’t the cleanest. I pulled back the sheets and found a lot of long black hair. The bureau draws didn’t close. There was no remote in the room. The window sill was very dusty. The room had a musty smell to it. Breakfast was not great. Even though the food was on warmers it was still cold. The staff didn’t refill the food when it was low. There was no tea. The gentleman at the front desk on Saturday and Sunday was super nice. I don’t see myself staying here again. "

"The space itself is great, nice location and layout. The host is very good at responding to questions and helpful. My only complaint is the furniture is not very comfortable for lounging, otherwise it's a good option. "

"We had a dinner for a grooms dinner and found this to be the perfect spot! The kitchen was well stocked and wonderful to cook in. Our guests were very impressed. It was immaculate and their is a Whole Foods just a block and a half away or a costco a short drive away. We loved cooking on the grill on the deck and the guys enjoyed having the gas fireplace and couches there as well! Lovely place!"

"Our family of four adults appreciated all the attention to detail provided during our three-night stay. From pantry items to having available items like tooth brushes and cords for electronics, we felt welcome. We could walk to Whole Foods and Blue Back Square. "We had extended family members visit during Christmas and found this house to be charming and homey. We found everything needed and more for all ages from a high chair to nutcrackers! It’s not often our family can get together so it was fabulous to find a place that felt like home. Thank you for a magical holiday!!"

"This charming apartment was exactly as described and even better in person. I traveled solo to be near family for the weekend and the location couldn't have been any more perfect. Mark had everything possible there to make a comfortable home away from home. The house is just about a 4 minute walk to shopping and restaurants yet located in a quiet residential neighborhood. I did not cook meals in the adorable kitchen, but easily could have because everything in the way of utensils, dishes,, etc. was available. Mark even had a robe and slippers to use which was fantastic as I didn't bring any with me! The instructions were clear and easy to follow for the keypad entrance as well as parking on the property. I look forward to staying again and longer if available the next time I return to West Hartford. Mark is a wonderful host and this is a quality rental, no need to search any further! "
