"I had to cancel my reservation the bed. The bedding was stained. The room smelled dogs kept barking as we’re walking in. I checked this out. Bathroom was not clean like to know what I need to do to get a refund."

"We had a dinner for a grooms dinner and found this to be the perfect spot! The kitchen was well stocked and wonderful to cook in. Our guests were very impressed. It was immaculate and their is a Whole Foods just a block and a half away or a costco a short drive away. We loved cooking on the grill on the deck and the guys enjoyed having the gas fireplace and couches there as well! Lovely place!"

"Parking was great, place is well-taken care of. The couch is comfy but also each piece is individual which sometimes made it hard to stand up. Water pressure was great and host was very attentive to our questions! Definitely great for the price and the neighborhood was nice and quiet."

From pantry items to having available items like tooth brushes and cords for electronics, we felt welcome. We could walk to Whole Foods and Blue Back Square. "We had extended family members visit during Christmas and found this house to be charming and homey. We found everything needed and more for all ages from a high chair to nutcrackers! "This charming apartment was exactly as described and even better in person. I traveled solo to be near family for the weekend and the location couldn't have been any more perfect. Mark had everything possible there to make a comfortable home away from home. The house is just about a 4 minute walk to shopping and restaurants yet located in a quiet residential neighborhood. I did not cook meals in the adorable kitchen, but easily could have because everything in the way of utensils, dishes,, etc. was available. Mark even had a robe and slippers to use which was fantastic as I didn't bring any with me! The instructions were clear and easy to follow for the keypad entrance as well as parking on the property. I look forward to staying again and longer if available the next time I return to West Hartford. Mark is a wonderful host and this is a quality rental, no need to search any further! "
