"This is a wonderful hotel and the staff are what make it. Very friendly and accommodating, food is lovely with plenty of choice. I don’t tend to eat meat when I am Away but they had plenty to choose from. Drinks are great and they have entertainment on every night until 11 which is great, a good couples hotel "

"This was a very clean and friendly basic property. Our view was incredible. Parking was convenient. This is not a luxury property and it is wonderful at being exactly what it is. Safe. clean. Fun. Near the beach. The mattresses are challenging and this property is very popular with the party crowd. As a quiet couple we still felt right at home and truly appreciated the value and location. "The light in the bathroom must be fixed to be not automatically shut off. The timer is way too short for a shower. The elevator was broken for couple days when we were there. The staff who helped us with the checkin didn’t even know."

"We stayed for over a month, and we doubt with a gentleman by the name of Rui, at the front desk. He was so incredibly helpful, friendly, insightful, and gave us some phenomenal suggestions. No request was too small or too big. His Customer service really made our trip memorable. He gave us ideas for places to go, restaurants, bakeries, local things to do, and if we had any issues at all, they were dealt with, in an expedient fashion! Fabulous room, we upgraded to a two bedroom suite overlooking...

"Our overall experience was good. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Hotel was looking a little tired and could do with a spruce up but it was clean. Our first day by the pool was ruined by a bunch of rowdy men shouting and swearing, hence we went to the beach and never went back to the pool. We were all inclusive and the food was excellent though the bbq grill at the muthu garden was absolutely terrible. Firstly they argued we had not booked but i could quite cleary see my name on the list....
