"We had such an amazing experience here. The hotel is very traditional, and charming. The lobby courtyard was gorgeous. Upon arrival, not only did they pick up our luggage from the car park, arriving just minutes after I called to let them know we arrived, but we were treated well the whole time. Aziz was wonderful. "This wonderful place is located in a tiny alley, just off the main road in the heart of the medina. If you arrive by plane, you can ask the driver to call the Riad. Someone will then pick you up at the main road. All the main sites of the medina are in walking distance. A delicious breakfast is served every morning. On our final day we had to leave early in order to catch the bus. They prepared us a breakfast package to take away. There is an excellent restaurant (Almandar) close to the Riad. ...

When we arrived, we were told they over booked - and were going to find us another riad close by. "1) room dark with no windows, claustrophobic 2) room damp and cold 3) room noisy, door opening directly to the small common reception area, with no privacy 4) riad share a wall with a small mosque and every morning at 5:30 am woken up by the muezzin and his poorly functioning microphone which sounded like in the room itself. this will go on for at least 10 minutes to wake you up for good. all of these points need to be listed on the site of the hotel and on expedia so not to deceive the...
