"Room 527 had smell in the bathroom it was coming from the sink.and not from the floor that we reported. The main door you could not put the inside door lock on Reported to the cleaner Also they need better pillows Everything else was excellent "

It would have been helpful to have more signage directing to the rooms at the top of the stairs - it’s easy to go the wrong way! Also a bit of history about the building would be good in the lobby or rooms - it has a fascinating past."
