"Apartmenthotel. We visited the hotel at the end of the season. Most hotels were closed. Probably it will look different in springtime after a refresh. It was not dirty, only small imperfections. "We loved the location! Very near the Duomo in Orvieto, yet in a very quiet side street. Francesca was very professional and friendly. She made us feel welcome. Our room was simple, very clean and the bathroom had a BATHTUB, which I had requested. Most hotels and bed and breakfast in Italy do not have bathtubs. Breakfadt was perfect for us, continental, with good coffee."

"The house and location are perfect for a family holiday, the pool is lovely and there are plenty of covered areas in the garden in which to relax when the sun gets too hot! The proprietors are very accommodating and fixed any issues (washing machine failed during our stay) immediately. The only thing to be aware of is that the region near the lake does suffer from mosquitoes which come out in the evening - so take repellent with you as it’s expensive in Italy!"
