I complained a few times and heat progressively got worse, asked to move to another room, none were available, ask for a refund or partial, the refused because it was booked through a 3rd party (Expedia)! No refund was applicable! It wasn’t a cheap hotel, they were horrible and didn’t care! I will never stay there again! "
