"I was informed when I arrived that my reservation did not include breakfast - which is strange since I always include breakfast. I’m not sure if this was an Expedia issue or a hotel issue, but there was no way to go back and see if it was clearly disclosed that breakfast was not included. It was 3 people so an additional 75euro/breakfast - which did not seem worth it. Breakfast was just OKAY.
Upon arrival was told I got a free upgrade - but it wasn’t - it looked exactly like the room I booked.
My main issue was we booked a suite for 3-adults - but it was not set up for 3 adults. It only had 2 sets of towels and the “bed,” which was a sofa, did not have bedding (no sheets, Pillows, towels, blankets). We had to ask for them and got the items piecemeal from housekeeping. And we continued to have to ask for the 3rd set of towels and additional toilet paper. Disappointing for a hotel in this price range.
Staff was pretty nice in general, but it did take a very long time to get the breakfast drinks we ordered (upwards of 20min for a cappuccino).
Very pretty, loved the shower, and the rooftop restaurant was very good (also hot).
Overall, I would never go back, but the visit was basically nice. Last year stayed at a different place that I much preferred."
