"This hotel is a true gem. If you are thinking about booking it - do it!!! We originally booked only 2 nights but extended our stay 2 more nights because we loved it so much. Can't even name all the convenient features, like the little essential oil on the night stand for better sleep, the complimentary "Zirben" Water, the integrated radio in the bathroom, the list goes on. "Nice place and good location. They really try to sell you on their National Geographic status, which is cool but doesn't mean much when it comes to comfort. I wasn't super impressed with the property given it's price tag, but the stay overall was good. "We enjoyed our stay. Room was very clean. The lake view from our balcony was great. Our rate included the breakfast buffet. A good variety of hot & cold items. We particularly liked the fresh fruit, breads, Kaiserschmarrn, yogurt, espresso, and teas. Easy walk from hotel to local sites, boat rides/ferry, restaurants, and shopping. "
