This beautifully presented home is positioned in a quiet street just an easy walk to Fingal Bay Beach and shops. As it isa quiet residential area, party bookings are not permitted as noise must always be kept to a minimum so as not to upset the peaceful neighbourhood.

Set on the high side of the street the home offers relaxed open plan living areas that flow to a covered private outdoor entertaining area with a 6 person spa.

Recently updated with new flooring and freshly painted, the home features a light and airy beachside ambiance and captures cool sea breezes from the elevated aspect.

The heart of the home is the open plan style kitchen providing a central hub for entertaining and relaxing with friends and family around the dining and family room with reverse cycle air conditioning, 3 bedrooms all with built in robes and ceiling fans plus the main bedroom has an ensuite and theres also a study or childrens retreat connecting all of the bedrooms. 4th Bedroom with queen bed accessed from front Sliding Glass Doors
Free wifi provided for guest use.
The rear yard is fully enclosed with established garden beds and a generous paved entertaining area with a 6 person spa.
