"This is a wonderful, family run hotel. Bed and Breakfast with free car parking. There's a slight incline from the CP to the hotel, so be warned if you are frail. The bedroom we had, included a balcony which over looked the hills behind. There are no coffee/ tea making facilities. But we expected that, as we always bring our own. Bathroom is very clean. "First was Sebastian- one of the owners- who made our trip special by upgrading us to a Junior Suite. The room was large and in great condition and all the staff were welcoming and charming. It really is a wonderful place and the outside fits in with the old town look and feel. Everything inside was modern and very well kept. The location is perfect and I highly recommend staying at this hotel."

"Apparently the usual process is to receive a lock box code which gives access to the room key. This didn't happen and although there was someone in the restaurant on the ground floor, waiting for others (it turned out) to make the place ready for service, he just shouted at me through a locked (glazed )door, then ignored me. Thankfully the other staff who turned up were kind, helping me to retrieve the key. The room, though clean and with a nice bed, was like an oven, and the hotel was more like...
