"We stayed here for one night on our way back to Brussels. The hotel was really clean and comfortable. The room was well appointed with a mini bar, comfy beds and air con. Staff were welcoming and breakfast was good too"

"Apparently the usual process is to receive a lock box code which gives access to the room key.
This didn't happen and although there was someone in the restaurant on the ground floor, waiting for others (it turned out) to make the place ready for service, he just shouted at me through a locked (glazed )door, then ignored me.
Thankfully the other staff who turned up were kind, helping me to retrieve the key.
The room, though clean and with a nice bed, was like an oven, and the hotel was more like...
