"The place was adorable and clean but had a very musty smell and tons of tiny ants, even in bathroom. The flooring was separting, probably from poor installation. "

"The property was in a great location for our needs. The house had eveything you needed. The heating system was set to a timer, but once you figured it out it was fine. The cleanliness was acceptable for an old house. All was good. we gihured "

"Short walk to the LIRR, restaurants, a mall and Starbucks. We rarely needed to drive and the driveway was easy to use and our rental van was safe. Quiet neighborhood too! "

"We had a great stay here! The pictures accurately portrayed the house and there was plenty of space and a really nice outdoor space. There is a wagon at the ferry we weren't made aware of and a lock on the bikes with no code provided. Very much a bare bones house. Kitchen was adequately stocked. The stove only had one working burner. Felt the property was well priced. Would definitely come back!"
