We were a bit surprised at the age and condition of some of the other properties in the immediate neighborhood, and the parking really is limited to one vehicle, but neither issue negatively impacted our trip. "We spent 5 weeks here in Boulder. The unit is great for 2 people with fully equipped kitchen, living room area with giant tv, and a nice king bed. Great location in walking distance to Pearl Street Mall in one direction and Peoples Crossing Park, trails and Boulder Creek in the other. Had a few very minor glitches when we first arrived- hosts were great with communicating and getting everything fixed immediately!"

"This is a tired, old condo complex and unit. The carport is falling apart as well. We arrived on a cold/rainy evening and found all of the windows in the unit opened about three inches. It was cold and damp in the unit and couldn't understand why the property manager had opened the widows before we had arrived. Well, it was apparent after about an hour that there was a smell in this unit. I don't know if it was mold, pet odors, smoking in the unit, nevertheless, it had an odor. My daughter...

"My husband and I were in Boulder to attend our son’s graduation from CU. We could not have chosen a property at a better location. Right next to Pearl Street. Walking distance to shops, groceries, restaurants, and an extensive system of hiking trails. The home is bright, clean, and comfortable… and even though it is near all the action, it is quiet and peaceful. As a bonus, there’s a great view of the mountains from the deck. It was very hard for us to leave."
