"They claim this is a 5 star hotel, but I've stayed at nicer budget chain motels. They provided communal cheap soaps, no other toiletries. The drains are horrible and the putrid smell of poop is eye watering in the bathrooms. Keeping the bathroom door shut tight and your windows open is the only way you cam keep the room fresh enough to sleep. The breakfast is fairly ok, if you get there right as it opened. "The room is what you would expect, it was small with a small washroom. The room and the washroom were exceptionally clean. We were lucky enough to have a balcony which gave us extra sitting room with a view. The hotel was situated in the middle of Firostafani, Fira is about a 1 kilometer walk. The owners were friendly, I would recommend this hotel as a place to stay. "
