"Demitri was soooo attentive and helpful. He engaged with our tour guides to make sure everything was in place for our tours. He also arranged our rental car and a spa day in our room. The breakfasts were wonderful, overlooking the caldera with delicious, fresh food each morning. There were only a couple of drawbacks. The outdoor tubs are NOT heated and the indoor tubs are really just large showers. There is no stopper for them to hold water. One of our days was very overcast and cool and I really craved a hot bath or hottub time. Using a handheld shower nozzle while standing or sitting in a giant bathtub was not comfortable. Additionally, while the bedroom cave was cool and comfortable, there was no bathroom upstairs. This meant traversing a curved stairway if you had to get up during the night. We managed ok, but if you have medical issues that require easy bathroom access, you may want to ask if they have units with bathrooms on the same level. The rooms were clean, the breakfasts were amazing, and the staff went above and beyond. If we had visited during the hottest months of summer, such as July and August, the tub issue would probably not be a problem. ALMOST perfect!"

"We had an amazing stay at Petit Palace Suites Santorini and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel special and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The hotel offers breathtaking views that are truly unforgettable, and our room was spotless, spacious, and very well maintained. Everything was clean and beautifully presented. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. As a wonderful surprise, the team even celebrated my birthday by bringing out a cake during breakfast, which made the day extra special and created a memorable moment for us. The location is very convenient for exploring the island, and the free parking was a huge advantage. We also greatly appreciated the flexibility and kindness of the staff, who offered us an extra hour for checkout and were happy to store our luggage after we checked out so we could continue enjoying Santorini before our departure. Overall, the combination of outstanding service, stunning views, excellent breakfast, clean accommodations, convenient location, and thoughtful personal touches made this one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We would definitely stay here again! ❤️🌅🏨"

"We stayed at Volcano View Hotel after renting a car and driving from the airport. Overall this hotel truly deserves its 5 stars. The view is magical, especially if your room faces the ocean. The pool area is beautifully designed: you can swim, relax, and sunbathe while looking out at the ocean through the glass. Our room was very nice, fresh, clean, and comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent, and everything was changed and taken care of properly. We also really liked the gym. It was clean, high quality, and had very good equipment. The front desk staff were outstanding. During check-in, check-out, and whenever we had questions, they were kind, patient, and happy to help. They gave us useful local advice, restaurant suggestions, and explained traditions and details that are hard to find online. The hotel restaurant itself was good, and the buffet was very tasty. However, the only disappointing part was the attitude of some of the girls working in the restaurant. A few times they seemed unfriendly and impatient, and looked at us as if we were doing something wrong. As visitors, we may not always know local customs, but we would expect more kindness and understanding. After two or three uncomfortable experiences, we stopped eating there and chose other restaurants. I hope the hotel management speaks with the restaurant staff and helps them become more welcoming and professional. This was the only negative point in an otherwise beautiful and high-quality hotel experience."

The manager/concierge Georgia was very helpful finding restaurants, interesting places and arranging for things for us to do. For example, we went on a lovely sunset catamaran cruise . She made our stay extra special."

The room was beautiful, clean, and perfectly positioned to take in the stunning scenery. One of the highlights of our stay was the private dinner. The setting was romantic, the food was excellent, and the entire experience felt personalized and special. It was one of those moments we’ll remember forever. The photographer arranged through the hotel was also amazing. They made us feel comfortable, captured beautiful memories, and helped us preserve such a meaningful trip in a way we’ll treasure for years. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the service. Every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay exceptional. Whether it was answering questions, arranging experiences, or simply greeting us with a smile, the hospitality was outstanding. This was more than just a hotel stay it was an experience. Thank you for helping make my birthday trip to Santorini so magical. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, memorable, and first-class experience. P.S.
