Also when we decided in the morning that we needed to rent a car, she was able to get that car for us ready by 1000. Everyone involved was very helpful. My family was very happy during our stay. We stayed at the family suite with caldera view. "

"The hotel is situated on the southern end of Fira. An easy 5 minute walk to the Alantis Hotel which is at the heart of Fira and a great spot for pics. It is importantly just an easy 10 minute walk from the Fira bus stop with suitcases. We used the public bus to and from the airport saving us a small fortune as the taxis are expensive on the isle. I used the pool and its 3 strokes per arm end to end. Breakfast represents great value for your expenditure. Its humble surrounds are blown away by the view of the Caldera. Staff were lovely. The chief reception lady was very cool and made me laugh inwardly each day with her vibe. I broke a cup at breakfast and it was dealt with efficiently as if nothing happened. Good value with great views and ideal for those using the bus. "
