"The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Unfortunately, I couldn’t use the hot tub due to constant rain, which was a bit disappointing. The hotel manager, Angeliki, was especially kind and welcoming—her friendliness really stood out and made the experience even better. The location is slightly isolated, about a 10-minute walk from Fira. However, the walk from Fira to Firostefani is so enjoyable that you’ll likely want to do it every day. And Firostefani is possibly a better idea than Fira in high season. One tip from Angeliki I would agree: Avoid walking from the Fira bus station with heavy luggage, as the cobblestone paths can be quite difficult to manage"

"We stayed in the cave suite which was great for a family of four. Two beds and a bathroom for the kids and a separate bedroom and bathroom for the adults. They brought an ample breakfast every day to our room, which was lovely. The room had a hot tub and the little courtyard enclosed that the kids enjoyed. Then we had upstairs the patio with an amazing view. Easy walk to Fira. Pro tip: we rented a car at the airport and drove and it wasn’t bad at all. That enabled us to have the car to drive around the island one day when we were there."

"I loved my stay at Santorini Palace, this is a really beautiful and well-maintained property, with great views of areas of the island. My room was excellent, clean and comfortable, very spacious and cozy. The staff all over the hotel is friendly and attentive. Food was average, and as everything in Santorini a bit overpriced. The hotel is located in the heart of Firostefani, very close to the town of Fira and Imerovigli, where you can easily walk from the hotel. Just steps away from the main entrance you can have the stunning views of the Caldera from the Three Bells of Fira lookout point."
