"View from.the room is stunning, but glass panes/windows were not cleaned so it was a bit frustrating. But a lot of repairs are overdue for the amenities. Staff is helpful and polite, reception /check-in was amicable and helpful."

"The view from this property is absolutely breathtaking, with an incredible caldera view that truly stands out and makes the entire stay memorable. The place was clean and everything matched what was described on the property page, which made the stay very reliable and comfortable. Since we did not have a rental car, the property was helpful in arranging taxis for us whenever needed. The property also had two bathrooms, one of which had an open concept design. This was not an issue for us. There are quite a few stairs to climb, but that is expected for the location and part of the overall experience. Overall, it was a beautiful stay. We didn’t get the Expedia perk of 1 beverage per 2 people per stay. "

"Properly manager, Mrs. Angeliki is one of the most helpful person I have met. I had many questions about the island and she took the time and answered all my questions. Before I arrived, I wanted to know how to get to the hotel from the airport because Google map was not showing anything. She said, I can take the city bus from the airport to town of Fira for Euro 2.20 and the hotel is only 10 minutes walk from the bus station. This hotel is at a very convenient location and very close to everything."

"I loved my stay at Santorini Palace, this is a really beautiful and well-maintained property, with great views of areas of the island. My room was excellent, clean and comfortable, very spacious and cozy. The staff all over the hotel is friendly and attentive. Food was average, and as everything in Santorini a bit overpriced. The hotel is located in the heart of Firostefani, very close to the town of Fira and Imerovigli, where you can easily walk from the hotel. Just steps away from the main entrance you can have the stunning views of the Caldera from the Three Bells of Fira lookout point."
