The character of this hotel met and even exceeded my expectations. The staff were very accommodating when our ferry was cancelled due to weather conditions (not to say they could do that every time I’m sure depending on reservations but they acted quickly and communicated every step of the way). "We had the most incredible stay at Panorama Suites in Santorini! The view was truly the best we’ve ever seen—absolutely breathtaking from sunrise to sunset. The private tub is a must and made the experience even more magical. The location is central and perfect for exploring the island, yet still feels private and peaceful. The staff were the sweetest—so thoughtful and attentive. They even made us sandwiches to take on our hike, and it was such a relief to be able to have our laundry done easily...

"From the minute that we arrived we were made to feel welcome and comfortable. The views are stunning!! It is lovely and quiet even though it is only a short walk to the shops and restaurants. I loved the individual mini pools for each room. A great place to watch the sunrise which is just as beautiful as the sunsets. Dimitris was so helpful. Be sure to book your excursions with him as he will ensure a great experience. Overall we loved our stay! "
