"We arrived at midnight the receptionist was very welcoming and helped take the bags to our room.We had a room upgrade which I recommended as a lot of the basic rooms are lower than ground level. Be aware there are no lifts so steps up to top floors ! Pool area is nice with comfy beds however the pool is not heated we found the sea warmer at the end of October.
