"Our group of ten family members, ranging in age from 3 to 76, rented the entire duplex—both the upstairs and downstairs units. This gave us wonderful shared spaces while still allowing everyone plenty of room and privacy. The house is stunning, with a huge upstairs living area, gorgeous sunset views and an unbeatable location directly on a wonderfully uncrowded beach.The house is very well stocked, including beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage. Rita is a lovely and responsive host. When we thought the five-year-old had left something behind, she immediately offered to ask her cleaning team to look for it. Fortunately, it turned up in his bag!We had a fantastic stay and would love to return next year."

"Everything was clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend this place. Our biggest issue was the private 40 ft. dock had a boat parked there. We brought our boat. The host told us to park it on the street. Smaller issues, the can opener didn't work, and the ice maker didn't work.I would definitely stay here again."

"The condo was a perfect location for my winter getaway! I enjoyed the close proximity to beautiful beaches and many walks around the marina. Dawn was very responsive when I contacted her and I appreciate the 1 day replacement of pots & pans! I couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks Dawn!"
