"The location was stellar, can't fault the host for the fact the main entrance to the neighborhood was being worked on( took me a minute to find my way in). But being right across from the water was really enjoyable before work each day. Also, you couldn't ask for a better stocked kitchen in a VRBO. So if that's important you'll be happy with the stay Master bedroom is great and comfortable. I would absolutely stay again when in the area"

"This is a nice little house in a great location with easy access to the beach. It has a side gate and outdoor shower which made it very convenient for hosing off our sandy feet and beach toys. There was plenty of room in the backyard to keep our outdoor equipment including bikes and paddle boards. We enjoyed walks on the uncrowded beach several times a day and boogie boarding in the surf. One thing to note is that the home does not have an air conditioner. This is not unusual for the area and should not be an issue 90% of the time, we just happened to go on the hottest week of the year. There are numerous fans provided in the house but it was still toasty. Also, there is a coffee bar that has a single serve Keurig and a 5 cup mini pot. If you are a serious coffee drinker and like to load up a large cup before a morning walk on the beach then it may not suit your needs. We wound up buying a normal size pot for our stay. We had a small issue and the host was extremely responsive and accommodating with an immediate solution. Aside from the beach, a highlight was renting jetskis nearby and finding ourselves in the midst of hundreds of dolphins just offshore. We had a great time and enjoyed the unbeatable location."

"Beautiful house with very nice decor. Located close to the beach and a park. Pool and bbq grills located at the property. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely be coming back. The host was amazing and great at communicating. They accommodating when it came to early check in and later checkout. Thank you for a great stay !!"

"Although we gave an excellent review, there were a few concerns:Starting off the push button door lock had issues making it impossible to lock the door when we left. We reached out to Aaron who suggested we change the batteries which we did. It helped, but the lock still didn’t work correctly and sometimes we still weren’t able to lock the house when we left. We have these locks at home so we are very familiar how they operate. Another concern was the temperature in the house which averaged around 78 degrees. I understand a lot of the beach homes in this area do not have A/C. However, several of the windows did not have screens, and/or would not open at all or the screens were ripped or bent. (window by dining table and living room large window). The lack of screens on the windows that actually did open allowed flys to get into the house but it was way too hot to leave them closed. Also, the back bedroom windows had no screen and it and did not open which made it extremely hot and made it difficult to sleep. The house had one small pedestal fan but it was not efficient enough for anything of any value to cool the house or any bedrooms. Strongly suggest they get the window/screen issues addressed to allow proper air flow and help keep the house cool, as well as provide a couple larger fans being there’s no A/C. The house and location is great but these issues really detracted from our experience."
