"We decided to venture to Mystic for one night this Labor Day weekend. Happened upon the Belvedere and took a chance. Price amazing, clean, quiet. Huge room and comfortable king bed. Great communication from owner re: check-in. Less than 5 minutes to downtown Mystic. This place is a cross between and hotel and B&B. If you’re looking for frills? stay downtown. Clean, quiet, affordable and comfortable? Come here. "

"Ample room for everybody, exactly what you'd expect from a beach house in Montauk. A sense of history with the house and comfort-- nothing too precious and what we needed. Kitchen was big with great pots and skillets, view was great, beach chairs super comfy and the porch was the icing on the cake!"

"This place was horrible. When we arrived the cleaning/maintenance people were outside having a screaming match. There were mouse droppings in the cabinets with the dishes. There were acorns on the couch. One of the queen size beds were broken and unable to be slept in. There was supposed to be a pull out couch which in fact was a blow up mattress.
