"Hotel is beautiful from the outside. Staff were very friendly & welcoming. Plenty of parking. Pool was great! Room was clean & beds very comfy. We had a twin double room. Breakfast was lovely, plenty to choose from. Only criticism, walls a little thin & could the person in the room next door coughing & being sick! Otherwise really enjoyed our stay & would recommend. "I have stayed at the Earl many times over the decades. The staff haven't changed and i think this is an indication of how well the hotel is ran. The ladies on reception and breakfast are lovely. This time we had room 406, lovely big room overlooking carpark. Very quiet. Highly recommend "

The stay at forest pine hotel was spectacular and me and the wife managed to recharge our batteries and relax even better than planned. "Overall a very pleasant stay, it was a very hot day so the room was hot but it did have portable fan. Welcome and service by the staff was excellent. The main entrance door has a strong spring on it so very noisy when people allowed it to slam shut. Will stay again and try a cottage. "
