"My husband and I visited Italy to celebrate our 20 year anniversary and Tuscany was the 3rd leg of our tour. Irina is a wonderful and welcoming hostess. She went FAR beyond the call of duty to make us feel welcome and make sure we had a great time. The apartment is extremely clean and comfortable. "Gabriella's apartment is totally charming at the top of a very old building. It is central and in the heart of Pistoia overlooking two squares that buzz with activity from people coming into the town for Supper or just for a drink. It is an excellent base for exploring the cities of Florence, Pisa, Lucca and within driving distance of Siena. Although there is no parking with the apartment Gabriella provided us with a parking permit to enter and park our car very close by. Pistoia is a lovely...

"The booking was easy and the room was clean and comfortable. Really liked the convenience of prepaid parking; the car was in a secure and safe gated area. The front desk staff was both cordial and courteous. Especially Rafael, had has quite the witty sense of humour. Thanks to Expedia we found this hotel and I would highly recommend. It made our stay in Montecatini all that much more enjoyable. "
