Beautiful experience!! This couple made us feel like family the moment we arrived! Their on site restaurant is fantastic, beyond our expectations, and reasonably priced! They suggested places to visit which we stellar and we so appreciated it! By far the nicest place we stayed during our tour of Italy!! And, the hosts are warm and welcoming! This is one of the most spectacular places I’ve ever stayed. The room was very large with a beautiful patio overlooking Lake Como. The breakfast was large and amazing serving foods from their own private gardens. Mary and her staff are outstanding and I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Don’t miss a chance to stay here! The building is a little hard to find, the piazza that is located at is a tiny roundabout, make sure you closely follow google map directions which are accurate. Outstanding visit--very classy place! Felt like an Italian princepessa in her family palazzo! Shopping out the front door, excellent meals at 1-star Michelin restaurant, Mistral, and the lakeside cafe. Breakfast was an unexpected feast, beautifully presented. Staff could not be better, Concierge happy to help with the smallest of questions and details. Lake Como is stunning, and Serbelloni is well-known for excellence in this part of the world.
