The property has made a tremendous effort to preserve and restore this beautiful fishing village. We stayed for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and dinner in the restaurant.

We stayed 3 nights in the 2 bedroom Stromoybua cabin at the lodge. A friendly staff at the lodge personally showed us inside of the cabin when we checked in. The cabin is roomy, modern and comfortable. It sits right along the water’s edge of the harbor with great view of the harbor. We were able to step straight out to the dock for a peaceful morning stroll. Breakfast was served in the lodge’s restaurant with great view of the water. This place is very beautiful because it’s right next to the water. I got to enjoy morning coffee in a freezing cold weather with a beautiful view. It is in close proximity to all of the places in Lofoten . We spent all of our four nights in Lofoten here to avoid hotel hopping, and it was the best decision. The only thing that is inconvenient is that they limit laundry hours. Sometimes when we have to to head out we are not back in time to do our clothes and the laundry is already closed.

Very much enjoyed staying here! It was in a good location for several hikes and it was so nice to unwind in the sauna after a long day of being active outside. There is no shampoo or soap provided in the shower, just something to be aware of!

This hotel in Ure was the absolute perfect stop during my road trip through the Lofoten Islands. It felt like a true hidden gem tucked away from the busier spots, offering total peace and incredible surroundings.
Everything about the property feels modern, sleek, and high-quality. The common areas were a huge plus—having access to full kitchen facilities allowed me to cook a cozy meal, and having laundry facilities available mid-trip was a lifesaver.
The highlight had to be the morning host...

A great place to stay. An hour from the ferry. The room was a little small but very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was plentiful and WONDERFUL. All the staff were helpful from suggestions of where to visit and eat to preparing a take away breakfast for our 5am departure for the ferry. We gladly recommend this hotel.

Good location. close to ferry terminal (if you traveled that way)
Excellent breakfast set-up. Evening dining has limited variation for dinner choices (don't get the wrong impression, meals are excellent) but menu doesn't change so multi-day stay makes it tough.
Otherwise, besides a very curt Russian waitress I very much enjoyed the multi day stay.

Apartment was great! Clean, pretty, comfortable. The private deck would have been a great aurora viewing spot had we been there in winter. Great location, easy access to the property, and the owner was very helpful!

We had a nice and quiet stay during our visit, it was off season and really appreciated not having a huge crowd. Although we weren’t able to use any of the outdoor amenities, we can imagine how nice it must be to kayak along the lake behind the property and do bbq and relax by the sauna. The cabin is comfortable, cozy and warm. We wish it could be a little bit brighter in the kitchen area for cooking, but it’s not a deterrent. The walls and roof are quite thin, so bring ear plugs if you’re a...
