"I stayed with another nine adults we chose the house because it had lots of ensuite bedrooms.On the plan of the house it showed the lounge being on the ground floor next to the kitchen, this was great for us as one of our guys is disabled. When we arrived at the house, they’ve moved the lounge from the ground floor to the first floor, this was not acceptable. It meant one of our friends was on their own in the dining kitchen, if we had gone up to the lounge.The bedrooms only need some attention....

"Communication with the property management was quick and clear. The house was dirty - surfaces had been wiped down and the bedding was clean, but the house had visible dirt and grime in the bathroom, kitchen, and windows. "

"The house suited our needs, however the lounge was upstairs although on the plans it was on the ground floor and we had elderly parents who couldn’t climb the stairs. We arrived to overflowing bins which smelt very bad and they weren’t sorted until the following morning. The photographs are clearly out of date as the accommodation is tired and is used as a HMO."

"Extremely spacious and well equipped with one exception, given the unusually warm weather—no AC, some fans, and no screens on windows that do open. The garden has a knockout location right on the river and some rooms also have this gorgeous view, including the huge bathroom with freestanding tub. There are however a lot of stairs. Kitchen is on lowest floor. Entry and dining and parlor are on street level, and there is no bathroom on that floor. So it’s a trek from kitchen to loo. The top floor...
