"Hilton Midtown is hit or miss depending on the room you get. My family and I have had wonderful stays previously. This time however, was the first bad experience we have had. Our room was not ready for 4 hours (outrageous by any standard!) and when we did get a room, it was an older one with a musty smell (old shower curtain in bathroom). Luckily, it was just my wife and I so we made it work. If the kids were with us, we would have booked another hotel on the spot.

"We had an excellent stay at Hilton Times Square. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Times Square and close to many attractions, restaurants, and subway stations.
Housekeeping was outstanding, and our room was always clean and well-maintained. The hotel is comfortable, quiet, and made our trip even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York. We will definitely...
"I stayed for one night because I didn’t want to travel all the way back to south Jersey after an event I had the Saturday night. The hotel is clean, staff is friendly. My only draw back was that I was parked in a perfectly fine parking spot and the valet parking attending still took my keys to move the car, why did t he tell me where I was parked was ok? Waste of $70!. Nevertheless overall good experience."
